Forbidden Fruit

In the framework of the lighting & visual scenography of the project “Indian Wedding”, produced by Balich Worldwide Shows, we created a made to measure light art installation to enhance this exquisite event: Forbidden Fruit.

The event’s extravagant, yet epic, atmosphere encouraged us to develop a modern concept design to accompany its poetic narrative. Flowered Italian gardens and fairytales decors were propitious for our light art installation to add further magic into an already fascinating scenery. The strong visual identity of this art installation embodies the mystery contained in all fairytales, with a sense of luxury and fantasy.

Reflecting its silver glints and random colors on the surroundings, the art object creates spectacular effects and a glimpse of retro extravaganza. Made of mirror balls forming a bunch of grapes, it embraces the ideas of abundance, myth and legend. “Forbidden Fruit” enraptures the divine spirit of hedonic festivities and invites to experience a dreamlike atmosphere.
